Anamur - Workshops

In this workshop the participants are preparing local dishes under the guidance of women from the region, experiencing the local culture from its original source. The workshop takes into account the differences between rural and urban kitchen, re-assesses eating habits and sets food preparation in relation to culture and geography.

The dishes prepared during the day wıll be served to all participants for dinner. All the recipes learned in the workshop will be documented in the festivals online diary.


Requirements: pleasure in cooking and curiosity about new ingredients and recipes.
