Anamur - MonAmour: Registration
We are glad to announce that the “Anamur-MonAmour” festival is now officially considered an education program: Therefore the participation fee was reduced to 400,- EUR for participants eligible for education grants (including transfer between Antalya and Anamur, accommodation in a double room and workshop participation).

Details:
Time: August 10 to 21, 2009 Anamur, Turkey, at the Mediterranean Coast of Turkey
Fee: Participation fee for each course 650.- Euro per person including accommodation in a double room (extra charge in a single room) and with the following conditions:
- 9 days in a gorgeous Motel with its own beach direct at the sea in quite bungalows with beautiful garden
- 2 days in the old city of Antalya on the day of arrival and departure
- Breakfast and dinner
- Cultural program, course fee and including course material
- Transfer (approx. 4 hours) from Antalya to Anamur by bus and back
- All workshops will be held in English, except the caricature workshop will be in Turkish

Financial Conditions
Selected applicants are expected to make the payment of EUR 650.- by July 26th, 2009. Any cancellations on the part of the participants after this date cannot be refunded. Please note that all bank charges are borne to the payer. If you are unable to make the payment by the set deadline, please contact us.

Practical Information
A bus will be arranged to take the participants from Antalya to Anamur. Please schedule your arrival at Antlaya as early as possible on August 14th and departure not before August 25th. (The participants would have to make their own arrangements if they wish to extend their stay.) Please inform us in advance about your travel arrangements.
Accommodation
Participants will be staying at a wonderful motel in a double room (extra charges for single rooms) with a bath.
Breakfasts and Dinners
Breakfast starts at 8.00 and dinner starts at 20.00. All the meals include local products of the region. Meals will be prepared considering vegetarians.
Things to bring
If you are taking special medicines please do not forget to bring them with you. Please bring your own bed sheets and towels, as well as your swimming suits and sun protection lotions.
Insurance
Each participant is responsible for arranging sufficient insurance coverage for the duration of the workshop: accident, liability and health for travel abroad including return transport to your country (evacuation) as well as theft insurance for one’s personal effects. If you suffer from allergic reactions, please inform us in advance.
The organiser is not liable for any costs or damages. For all its offered courses and undertakings, the organiser is not liable for any damage to persons or property caused by sovereign acts of any government, acts of God or nature or by third parties.
Conditions
The organiser reserves the right to make changes in the content of the programme. Should a course be cancelled by the organiser, the participation fees received up to that point will be refunded in full. Additional costs that have already been incurred in connection with travel can unfortunately not be reimbursed.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will be cancelled.
